Potato-chips traditional wood engraving illustration.

I was commissioned to do this illustration for ‘Lay’s’ to be used as a template for a huge billboard carving in San Francisco. To demonstrate that Lay’s kettle cooked chips are made with traditional artisan cooking methods, the brand hired a team of skilled artisans to hand-carve a billboard made of wood. It took them approx 10 days to complete.
